In addition to placing tenants, Kate also assists with the management of our growing portfolio; a significant element of this includes the scheduling and completion of our unique photographic inspections which form a key aspect in ensuring your property accurately detailed before, during and after any tenancy.
With firsthand experience following years of property development, Kate has a keen eye on where responsibility sits when it comes to required maintenance and will often coordinate any required works liaising directly with our support network of contractors to ensure any works undertaken are to both a high standard and competitively priced.
