Since joining the company, she has quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the team, demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
Her extensive background includes sales progression, property administration, compliance management, customer relations, diary management, valuations, viewings, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes. As a former estate agent, Francesca brings a well-rounded understanding of the property industry and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of her role.
Through her commitment, professionalism, and ability to take ownership of key areas of the business, Francesca has been promoted to Property Manager. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, supports landlords and tenants, and plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service that Pink Property is known for.
Francesca has also been instrumental in implementing and developing new systems and processes, including supporting the launch of our landlord portal to improve communication, efficiency, and transparency for clients. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have helped strengthen operations across the business as we continue to grow.
